Bishop’s
Landing,
a 93-home subdivision on 35 acres between Wait Avenue (N.C. 98) and Oak Grove
Church Road can be added to the list of subdivisions under review. On Tuesday
the town’s Comprehensive Planning Committee recommended it go forward for
review and later action by the planning and town boards. The committee’s vote
is not a stamp of approval; it is only a finding that the project has enough
public benefit for a water allocation of 40 units per year.
