Free GED classes
offered at CDC
Wake Technical Community College and
the W.E.B. DuBois Community Development Corporation are joining together to
offer free on-line GED instruction for anyone in the area.
The on-line program is designed to
make preparing for the GED test convenient for anyone who wants to earn a high
school diploma.
It is designed for people who have
completed the ninth grade or a higher grade.
Orientation for the program will begin
Wednesday, Jan. 16, at the DuBois CDC office at 150-A N. White St. in Wake
Forest.
Interested people need to register by
calling Sandra White at 876-3359 or by stopping by the Wake Forest office.
Classroom instructions will be available in late March.
