Ross Yeager, the executive director of
Wake County’s North Regional Center,
wants to talk with folks in the north
Wake area.
He has scheduled two
meetings in September. The first will be
Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Wake Forest
Chamber of Commerce on South White
Street. The second will be in the
Rolesville Fire Department on Young
Street on Sept. 25. Both are scheduled
from 7 to 9 p.m.
“The intent is to provide an
opportunity for people in the community
to come
and learn about some of the services
that will be available and ask
questions,” Yeager said. “I'm also very
interested in their thoughts, comments,
ideas, and suggestions.”
“If attendance is good I
will look to schedule additional venues
in October and possibly November.”
The center is under
construction on East Holding Avenue in
Wake Forest next to the library and is
scheduled to open early next year. |
