Wake County’s Human Service Department
is conducting a community needs
assessment to find out which health
issues are the greatest concerns for the
county’s residents.
During July the department
will be holding focus group sessions and
asking residents to fill out a survey.
Copies of the survey are at all county
libraries, and is available at
http://www.wakegov.com/humanservices/survey.htm
through July 15.
It takes about 15 minutes to
complete the survey, which asks
questions ranging from physical health
to mental, economic and environmental
health concerns.
The information from the
completed survey will be compiled,
analyzed and put into a report.
Community leaders will use the report to
help them address the priorities county
residents identified. |
