Future building
permits
cut to 40 a year |
By a three to two vote, the Wake
Forest Town Board cut the standard allocation of
building permits for each future subdivision
from 50 to 40 a year, although developers can
earn back the 10 permits by showing they are
installing features to cut water use by 20
percent.
