Lennar asking to reapply
now
to build swimming pool |
|
Last month the Wake Forest Town
Board, acting on the recommendation of the
planning board, voted three to two to turn down
Lennar Communities of Carolina’s request for a
special use permit for an amenities center,
including a swimming pool, in Thornrose
subdivision on Forestville Road.

Contests are few for May 2
primary
Precinct 19-03 voters have a
new voting place |
|
The Wake Forest residents who
vote at Wake Forest-Rolesville High School in
precinct 19-03 will not cast their ballots in
the gym lobby as they have been doing. Instead,
for the May 2 party primary they will be
directed to enter the gates at Trentini Stadium,
go up the driveway toward the press box and go
into the nearby building to find the election
officials and voting machines.
