Town adds 62 homes while

Wake Forest issued building
permits for 51 single-family houses, nine
townhouses and two duplexes during March and at
the same time issued 10 demolition permits, most
of them to the town itself as part of its
program to raze substandard houses that owners
could not or would not renovate to standard.
