Forest builders applied for and received
102 permits for new dwellings during
February at a time when the town
commissioners sought ways to stretch the
town’s water allocation through the next
four years.
The 102 February permits
were for 61 single-family houses, 28
duplexes, 12 townhouses and one mobile
home.
