conservation, the possible purchase of more
water capacity from Raleigh and a smaller, 20

measures the Wake Forest Town Board considered
during a work session Thursday night.

permits for new dwellings during February at a
time when the town commissioners sought ways to
stretch the town’s water allocation through the
