One of the hottest school topics this winter is the upcoming changes in the school calendar, and one of the four community meetings where county residents can voice their opinions will be held Thursday, Feb. 18, at Heritage High School (currently the home of Wake Forest-Rolesville High School) on Forestville Road.
The meeting will be held in the school auditorium from 6:30 to 9 p.m., and people who want to speak at the meeting can sign up now at www.wcpss.net/news/2010_jan12_meetings/.
Also, the District 1 School Advisory Board will meet Monday, Feb. 8, at 6 p.m. at Heritage Elementary School.
