William “Watt” Jones, one of last year’s candidates for the Wake Forest Town Board, is trying to organize Wake Forest Precinct 19-03 for the Wake County Democratic Party.
            The needs are for a chairman, vice chairman, secretary/treasurer and two other registered voters who all live in the precinct which votes at the Wake Forest Church of God on Cedar Avenue.
