At its regular monthly meeting, the officers for Democratic Precinct 19-03 will officially organize a second local precinct, 19-07, with its officers.
          Tammy Brunner, the executive director for the Wake County Democratic Party, will be at the meeting, which will be held Wednesday, July 14, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at the W.E.B. DuBois Community Development Corporation, 150 N. White St.
          Watt Jones, chairman for Precinct 19-03, invites all Wake Forest and northern Wake County residents to attend.
