The Great Schools in Wake Coalition will sponsor a free neighborhood forum – Every Child, Our Child – at the W.E.B. DuBois Center, 150 N. White St., on Thursday, April 15, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
            The speakers will be Beverley Clarke, a former member of the Wake County Board of Education; Mark Dorosin, a UNC School of Law professor; and Harvey Marshall, vice president of the W.E.B DuBois Center.
